Therefore, the need for alternative electrical energy sources arises, namely, by utilizing solar panels. The importance of understanding how solar panels work and their maintenance becomes a determining factor in ensuring the optimal performance of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Systems. Lack of knowledge and awareness about maintenance can result in decreased efficiency and lifespan of solar panels. Users of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Systems are also expected to understand its maintenance procedures. Thus, the implementation of this community service activity aims to educate the public and enable them to maintain Solar Cells as Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Systems. This activity is carried out by providing direct training on PV system maintenance, both theoretically and practically. The impact of this community service activity is that the community can understand and maintain Solar Cells as Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Systems, as evidenced by the evaluation results where the understanding of the training participants falls into the category of very knowledgeable, which is 80.88%.
2024-04-06T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Muh. Waste in Indonesia has an unresolved problem, as the population increases, the amount of waste produced by human activities also increases, so education is needed for the public. Education is any planned effort to influence other people, whether individuals, groups or society, so that they do what is expected by educational practitioners. In relation to waste management education for the community, it is hoped that the public will know about waste management using the 3R approach, namely reduce, reuse, recycle, in this case the most emphasized is waste management by composting. This community service is carried out to increase public knowledge regarding waste management by reducing, reusing, recycling. This community service uses pre-test and post-test methods, also using education and demonstrations about waste management. The results obtained from this community service were that the community experienced an increase in knowledge after being given health education and demonstrations about waste management. Those who were given the education looked very enthusiastic and had a high level of curiosity because the people who were given the education provided feedback, namely by answering questions from the community service team and the community also learned about how to manage waste by composting it. Based on the results of outreach activities to the community about how to manage waste and the dangers of burning waste by burning it as well as a demonstration of making organic waste into compost, public knowledge has increased
2024-04-06T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Septi Ardianty, Andri Purnama Sari, Putri Febriyanti Kusman, Fatatun Malika, Feno Suci Wulandari, Febrina Sari Putri, Tiara Oktapiani, Tiara, Yeni Ariyanti, Santi Lestari, Nanda Williansyah https://comdev.pubmedia.id/index.php/comdev/article/view/204 Kegiatan Kunjungan Edukatif Jungle Pod Chocolate dan Secret Garden Village 2024-04-04T16:50:25+07:00 Sarah Queen Denada [email protected] Dewa Krisna Prasada [email protected]
This study explores the impact of educational visits to Jungle Pod Chocolate and Secret Garden Village on participants' understanding and appreciation of the chocolate industry and sustainability practices.
