Peningkatan Kapasitas Masyarakat dalam Pengelolaan Sampah untuk Mendukung Ekonomi Sirkular di Desa Haurwangi

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah di wilayah pedesaan masih menghadapi tantangan rendahnya literasi lingkungan, minimnya teknologi tepat guna, dan tidak adanya model bisnis sirkular yang berkelanjutan. Desa Haurwangi, Kabupaten Cianjur, merupakan salah satu wilayah dengan timbulan sampah tertinggi, yaitu 125,5 juta liter per tahun. Mitra program menghadapi permasalahan utama berupa rendahnya kapasitas pengelolaan sampah berbasis nilai ekonomi, keterbatasan teknologi produksi, serta belum adanya tata kelola usaha yang berkelanjutan, sehingga pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan pemberdayaan partisipatif berbasis teknologi tepat guna, penguatan kapasitas usaha, dan integrasi model ekonomi sirkular. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan keberdayaan kelompok masyarakat melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna berupa mesin peleleh plastik otomatis dan mesin press sampah organik, pengembangan produk eco enzyme, serta pelatihan manajemen dan digitalisasi usaha. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi keberdayaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas produksi mitra produktif sebesar 200–250%, peningkatan literasi digital sebesar 70%, peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat melalui pemilahan sampah rumah tangga (20 KK), serta munculnya unit usaha baru berbasis eco enzyme. Analisis kelayakan finansial menunjukkan ROI mencapai 197%, IRR 72%, payback period 6 bulan untuk mitra produktif, sedangkan SROI mitra sosial mencapai 4,11, yang berarti setiap Rp 1 investasi menghasilkan manfaat sosial Rp 4,1. Program ini terbukti meningkatkan level keberdayaan mitra dari 1,5–2 menjadi 2,8–3, serta menghadirkan model ekonomi sirkular yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain.
