Edukasi Penerapan Implementasi Karir Perawat Pelaksana di Rumah Sakit Mandalika Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat

Memasuki era perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi menyebabkan rumah sakit harus mampu memberikan pelayanan yang prima dan menjaga mutu pelayanan yang diberikan pada masyarakat, sehingga memerlukan tenaga perawat yang memiliki kompetensi dan kualifikasi yang baik dalam menerapkan pelayanan yang aman sesuai dengan kode etik profesi. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan mengimplementasikan karir perawat melalui system jenjang karir perawat professional. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberi edukasi kepada perawat di Rumah Sakit Mandalika Provinsi NTB tentang jenjang karir perawat sehingga dapat mempersiapkan diri sejak dini. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan sosialisasi dan tanya jawab. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan perawat setelah dilakukan sosialisasi memiliki pengetahuan yang baik dibandingkan sebelum dilakukan sosialisasi. Sosialisasi implementasi karir perawat di Rumah Sakit Mandalika berjalan lancar dan peserta tertarik dengan adanya sosialisasi karena hal ini menjadi pengetahuan yang baru bagi mereka.
