Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan di Indonesia, dimana prevalensi mencapai 20-27,5%. Dampak stunting adalah anak mengalami gagal pertumbuhan perkembangan, serta mempengaruhi kecerdasan atau kognitif anak yang membutuhkan support nutrisi, stimulasi baik dari keluarga ataupun lingkungan pendidikan. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk mengembangkan dan menguji intervensi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan literasi digital untuk mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan serta mencegah stunting pada anak usia dini pada Pos PAUD Kenanga Mekar Asri . Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research dimana keterlibatan dari participant mulai dari perencanaan program sampai pada Implementasi tindak lanjut, tahap pelaksanaan meliputi perencanaan, sosialisasi, skrining tumbuh kembang, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, dan pendampingan program. Edukasi diberikan empat periode tentang skrining, stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak usia dini, penilaian satus gizi, pemenuhan nutrisi “isi piringku”, literasi sosial untuk anak usia dini dan pelatihan pengelolaan media sosial. Hasil pengukuran pengetahuan terdapat kenaikan 55% (35) pada post-test. Dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada pengetahuan orang tua dengan p-value 0,000. Program ini menghasilkan Pojok Literasi Kesehatan (POLIKES) dan Media sosial berupa Instagram untuk menunjang kebutuhan sekolah dan orang tua khususnya dalam hal peningkatan kesadaran akan informasi digital yang baik.
